How does Talk on the Road work?
If you activate Talk on the Road, you will receive a message from us once you for example enter a specific store and you will be able to document and rate your shopping experience in the store via a short survey. Or we will ask you to share with us your impressions of a certain event. So the surveys will always revolve around places, events or stores, that you have visited or are still currently in.
With Talk on the Road enabled, you give permission to Talk to access the location of your mobile device, whether the app is open or not, so you will never miss a survey again.
Of course, the analysis of the survey results or the location data will stay completely anonymous.
